This November, Dean's Plumbing hosted a fun-filled Thanksgiving Turkey Coloring Contest, inviting artists of all ages from our community in Beavercreek, OH, to showcase their creativity and spirit. The response was truly inspiring and filled with vibrant interpretations; over 100 contestants!
Participants were asked to download, color, and upload their artwork to our website, where the community could cast votes for their favorite entries. The rules were simple but crucial - each visitor could give one heart ❤️ per artwork, and a double-click would un-heart their vote. As excitement built, so did the colorful display of talent on our site.
We are thrilled to announce that the contest was a resounding success, with numerous entries that made voting a tough choice for all. However, one coloring stood out and captured the hearts of our community. Congratulations to the class whose rendition of Augie’s Awesome Turkey received the most hearts! They have won school supplies for each of their classmates (up to 25 students).
Beyond just a contest, this event was a celebration of community and youth engagement. We were delighted to visit the winning classroom to deliver the school supplies. The joy and excitement on the students' faces as they received their new supplies were priceless. We've captured these heartwarming moments and are excited to share some snapshots of the students in their classroom, basking in their achievement.
